This application requires 2 variances: 1- the parking area created is located at the required side yard thus requiring a variance. 2-the parking area created is located at the rear property line thus requiring a variance of 10 feet.

Z08-025   VINCENT GIAGNI – 23 Pheasant Drive, Block 545, Lot 34 – This property is located in an R-1 Zoning District and pursuant to §235-26-B-1 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town/Village of Harrison no fence or wall exceeding 4 feet in height shall be constructed on any lot within any required yard abutting or adjoining any street. The application requires 2 variances. 1-The columns have a height of 5.5 feet thus requiring a variance of 1.5 feet. 2-The gates are proposed to have an overall height of 8.5 feet thus requiring a variance of 4.5 feet.
