Ownership of Drawings

These drawings were prepared by Richard Henry Behr, P.C. (“RHBPC") under a contract with the Town/Village of Harrison (“Client”), are the property of RHBPC.They are not to be used by the Client on other projects, or extensions to this project, except upon written agreement and payment of appropriate compensation to RHBPC.  All material, drawings, and work of RHBPC are copyright protected.

All drawings and specifications prepared or furnished by RHBPC (and RHBPC independent professional associates and consultants) are instruments of service in respect of the project and RHBPC shall retain ownership and property interest therein whether or not the project is completed. Client may make and retain copies for information and reference in connection with the development use and occupancy of the project by Client and others; however, such documents are not intended or represented to be suitable for reuse by Client and others on extensions or the project or on any other project. Any reuse without written verification or adaptation by RHBPC will be at Client's sole risk and without liability or legal exposure to RHBPC, or to RHBPC independent professional associates and consultants from all claims, damages, losses and expenses including attorney's fees arising out of or resulting therefrom. Any such verification or adaptation will entitle RHBPC to further compensation at rates as agreed upon by Client and RHBPC.
